Municipal Solid Waste (MSW, i.e. ‘regular trash)
from Trenton, Maine
is eventually transported to the PERC incinerator in Orrington, Maine,
where it is burned to produce electricity. Residue which fails to
be consumed in the incinerator is placed in a landfill.
